Not recommended over a decent hotel stay. Whole setup is very poorly organised with complicated processes. At the entrance you have to call someone to usher you to 25th floor office. Office is in a poorly maintained condition. Then they tell you you can only contact them between 11am and 6pm for cleaning. As travellers, we'd leave the room by 9 and come back late evening. They only have one key for the room, so if you request them to clean the room with their key, they don't have one and so your room remains uncleaned. They clean only once in 2 days. We had to buy our own toothpaste and shower gels as the quality and quantity provided in very poor. If you ask for an extra towel, forget about it! While cleaning they took away our slippers and never replaced them. Sanitation is another issue. The drainage in bathroom and washbasin is so slow that you need to take a bath or wash your hands with very low pressure else water spills on the floor. All in all an average rating given only because the room size was good and they sent someone to clean the room in the late evening when I expressed my dissent over their procedures. This room on make my trip carries misinformation with pics posted of room facing Petronas towers for which we paid an additional price but it was facing Menara. When we complained, they said we will tell the management and that's all. Would recommend a hotel stay over Tropicana residence stay anytime.

Our room had a great view and it was a comfortable stay. But the room service and room cleaning should be better. Other than that great property!!
