Property location is prefect but room amenities which i stayed has issue in access key for all 4 days which i stayed and the have collected me Local tax which is mentioned and tourist tax which was not disclosed at the time of booking was collect 10MYR per person/ day for 4 days which acts as hidden charges being collected by the hotel management and front office lady was rude and not polite

Never stay in this hotel. The staffs are rude and they dont provide the basic services what you have paid for. I have stayed there for 4 days and i was fed up with their service.
