Hotel location was good. But the stay was average. Reception staff was unhelpful, not bothered to atleast recieve the guests. No help with luggage. Wash basin was stained. Hotel is quite an old property which is poorly maintained. Okay for the price and short transit stay

In the reception, i don’t know the person name, he is trying to fight with me, not only this he used slang language with me, just because he charge the rent price of bike is high and i said it’s is higher price you charged for the bike. This is the normal conversation with receptionist in the mega boutique hotel but the receptionist is trying to fight with me and also used slang language.

Hotel’s location is pretty nice on main road, easily accessible. Food was good but there weren’t any main veg otions, they have decent options in non veg. We have tried to request them if they can make us 1 dish in veg but they refuced. Restraunt staff is good but serving staff is so arrogant and the reception one also. They have pretty well amenities, but hotel needs some kind of renovation, as balcony doors were so tight that my wife even couldn’t open it. I just have booked this for a bath tub at this rate, nothing more than that

Located at a very nice place, we had booked a deluxe room. But no value for money. They don't have even a table to keep luggages in the room. Tv was almost floating out of wall. Breakfast was not up-to the mark, butter was smelling bad. Main thing about room is when someone opens closes the door in the room above or below those sounds are audible in the room you stay. That'll spoil your sleep.

Unclean room, unfriendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast.
The worst place I stayed in whole of Indonesia. I had to change the room 3 times because it was smelly and had mosquitoes. The staff was not friendly and finally when I told I want to speak to the manager, they gave me a room. I looked forward to stay here, but just wanted to get out of this place. The denied us a bottle of water, saying you will have to pay for it, we still had time to check out from the hotel. Bad experience overall, where even the small village hotels help you out of their way.
