Good location and pleasing staff are the main characteristics for this ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta. The breakfast was excellent. The surrounding area is little bit congested and dirty. Since the ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta have a good garden at the front, this dirtiness directly affect to the guests when they are going out. WiFi facility is congested and often not working.

This is by far one of the best ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta I have come across in Indonesia. Location is good, rooms are spacious, great breakfast menu. But, the best part is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, made special breakfast arrangement as we were vegetarians. I hope, I keep coming back to Grand Aston. Remarkable and exceptional in hospitality.

The ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta was very nice and centrally located. Staff were very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. Helped us prepare and organise a surprise 60th birthday for my dad which was really nice and this was out of their own initiative without us really asking for anything special. Truly recommend to anyone visiting.

The staff is outstanding. The manager Ms Ereka, is a true hospitality specialist. She did not make me feel her position. Was more like one of the service provider. The giggle of the girls is infectious. Thank you Kristna and Devi. They knew you by name on the very day of arrival. Great location and excellent help for tours.

We were there to celebrate parents 60th birthday and the ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta even organised a small celebration for us. The GM and his team are exceptional.

The ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta is centrally located in Yogyakarta. The airport is also 6km far. So it's a great location.

People were very friendly. Excellent food options and a very understanding chef to take care of your food preferences.

From the reception desk we feel that our selection of ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta was right. Behavior of staffs were cordial. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were palatable. Hotel door and keep up tourist worthy.

This ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta was fine. The food was good and the service impeccable. They have a tour office which is a bit pricy but it's quite good. The breakfast is delicious and the location is very accessible. The curtain in our room let a little light in but other than that, it was a good stay.

Location is good and easy to find the ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta. Hotel staff are very friendly. I like the pool area very much but one thing that I donot like is that the net connectivity is poor for some sites. Rest is OK Like to visit the palace again and again. Thanks
