Good and nice hotel staff are behaving good

Good customer service, the attendant was able to help about my concern, nice restaurant basically I got what I expected

Decent property at convenient location. however, the staff are not that friendly, they refused to honour small requests like providing a plate or cutlery. also the front desk service is very slow

My experience at Pearl Swiss Hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the reception service. The front desk staff member, , was absolutely unacceptable in his behaviour. He kept me waiting without any justification and allowed guests who came after me to check in before I did. His arrogance and lack of basic hospitality are shocking for a property of this level. In an industry where respect for guests is the foundation, this kind of attitude is completely out of place. The rooms are okay, nothing exceptional. Housekeeping is okay, and the basics like hygiene supplies are in place. The only real positive during my stay was the restaurant staff and chef, who were helpful and attentive. The chef went out of his way to help me select a dish for dinner, which I thoroughly enjoyed. That part of the service deserves credit. The location is convenient, close to major shopping spots in Deira, and the property is reasonably priced for the facilities. However, no matter how good the location or value, the first impression at reception ruined the entire experience. Hospitality begins at the front desk, and attitude was enough for me to decide that I would not take the risk of returning to this hotel. A single staff member’s poor behavior can overshadow all the positives — and that’s exactly what happened here.

only few staff were good and treated well but the reception staff was not good as they always tells us the guest breakfast charges are 35aed which we knew already then the cafeteria people also say same thing it was very disgusting in front of guest saying this we knew from day one and asked them not to give useless reminders still useless then we asked for crockery like plates the hotel refused said we cant give plates this was so ridiculous as any how we had work and we have to stay as we paid all in advance but this was a bad experience

location is fine , hotel was good but especially 1 staff at the reception was so rude and dealt with me very badly . so that why I will give poor rating

The staff was amazing,and the cleanliness was very good. The hotel location has easy access to everything like restaurants,ATM machines, and metro.

Good hotel with adequate amenities with proper cleanliness, good front desk staff. Room sizes are big. I recommend to family , couples and individual who want quite night with good sleep.

Review: Initially, I was a bit skeptical because the hotel had an average rating on Google (around 3 stars), and I had seen a few negative reviews too. However, my experience turned out to be absolutely amazing! This is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in this area. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s just about 275 meters from the station, making it extremely convenient for tourists and travelers. The staff were welcoming, and they even upgraded our room to a higher category without any extra charge, which made our stay even more special. The stay was peaceful, and we had a comfortable, quiet night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a good place to eat nearby, I highly recommend visiting Legend Restaurant near Laundry Metro Station — great food and a peaceful ambiance. Overall, a very good experience! Would definitely recommend it to others and stay again.

Pleasure to stay with you guys, to mr. THOMY receptionist is so hamble and upgraded the room to junior suites, during our stay, we pronounce our nikkah's,w/ each other,as were muslim couples, thankyou for making ourstays perfect and memorable, looking forward on our next booking, ❤️❤️💍🎉

1. Horrible experience at check-in.. May be looking for a room with a much higher price. 2. ⁠We booked a Deluxe room with King bed. We found that two beds were somehow joined into one and that too were not leveled. 3. ⁠The staff behavior was also extremely rude. The one at the reception initially looked at me, asked for my booking number and simply said that my booking my cancelled. He didn’t even make any effort to check at all to ensure what exactly happened. 5. ⁠Room was of very poor quality. Just had only one set of pillows when most hotels have two sets. 6. ⁠No bed side table on one side of the bed. Even this is also very common and the hotel photos had those in their photos. 7. ⁠Some of the light switches were broken and could not be switched off even with their remote switches , let alone the normal switches. 8. ⁠Breakfast is ok but they do have beef in the menu. So if you are someone who doesn’t want to mix things better avoid. However it’s an Arab country so it’s normal to have beef in the buffet breakfast. 9. Room service staffs were good abd made some effort to make our stay a bit smooth. Overall I will not recommend this hotel at all. Poor in all aspects. For the money we paid it was not justified at all.

Worse experience i ever had the service and the customer support was very bad. Also the cleanliness was not good. They refused to let me stay the last night while my parents checked out one day before so i paid for that night and they asked me to pay for the room to stay in it! no parking available and you have to pay for parking outside.

Parking was charged. Despite having parking space in the hotel, the third party was charging. Television channels are not available

The hotel food was very nice and so the staff. The room was alo spacious. I got the room at the reasonable price and the location is also perfect for tourists.
