    Excellent food, bad service

    Discourteous and rude staff except for the Italian owner. Never once wished us or even showed any interest in helping us. I asked if I can use their printer to print, was told no. Even though we had booked a triple room, only 2 sets of towels and only 1 blanket was provided. After asking for extra only towels were provided but no extra blanket, only extra bedsheet. The Safe in the room was broken. Worst of all during check-out out we got charged for consuming beer from the mini bar, although we had not taken anything. We had clicked a photo of the minibar the day we checked in and the fridge only had 2 beers, but as per the menu, it said 4. We didn't think it was important and clicked the photo. After staying for 4 nights during check out this guy asked us to pay for 2 beers. Even after showing the photo he didn't budge. Check-in took 45 minutes, even though we were the only 3 people to check-in at that time! Highly disappointed. Will never return.
    No kettle or tea or coffee accessories in the room. Had to ask for extra towel and blanket even though triple room was booked. Extra blanket was not given.
