The complete hotel manager level to house keeping team leader BIBIN was excellent and friendly cooperated and clean is also very good spacious rooms and reception also very good and friendly.

Had wonderful stay at the hotel. They provided best service and hospitality . All the staffs were so kind and polite . Rooms are worth for the price. Will choose this hotel again when i travel to muscut!!

The apartment was spacey and neat, but a little thoughtlessly designed. Nice to get tea and coffee but not much use without a kettle. Overall it seemed decent but run down and the breakfast was thoroughly underwhelming, the food was cold and of questionable quality.

The location is great, parking is nice, unfortunately the hotel services has degraded as i found a very dirty hand towel and although i called the reception but no one came to change the towel. The bed was very bad and today i had back pain, last night my room key was given to another guest who entered my room and when i came the key i had for room didnt open the room and i had to go to the reception and had the key re - magnetized.
