Services poor, they didn't even give towels one day, anything required they would say to get it from mini-mart, terrible food. Location was good. Near the market.

Worst experience in 6 days of Bali trip

No one is bothered to greet client. No one is bothered to provide better room service. As per my knowledge receptionist himself run a private cab service. When we wanted to check out at 4 in the morning their was no one ready to come and collect our baggage from Villa to cab, though we have told them a prior night only. When receptionist goes to drop someone to airport, security person handles the desk. Actually I would never recommend such a hotel to anyone.

Awful food and claustrophobic room.
All the door was broken. Was room ans bathtub was too dirty. Hand shower and shower was not working properly. Old and tore towel. Not kettle. No iron. Pool water was so unhygienic and dirty. Every stuff is no uncooperative and breakfast was awful and so less in quantity. Receptionist was unprofessional and every-time you ask anything they say they are sorry, they can't help. Worst experience of my life so far.

Must visit & stay. Cleanliness at its best, the great part of the villa was the Private Pool. Great people, awesomest food, overall it is good place with good amenities, worth a visit. Value for money, the location would be a weakness rest everything was just perfect. Best for Honeymoon Couples

Everything is OK but from outside it is OK but rooms were clean and excellent. Vallue for money. Everything is perfect. I love this. Stay was awesome. I recommend this suite villa with private pool just amazing.

Facilities are excellent. It was one of the wonderful experience there. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean having all the amenities. Rooms are spacious and pool was quite big. It was an awesome place to stay for someone who wants a relaxed stay with no noise. Recommended for the guests.

It was an awesome place to stay for someone who wants a relaxed stay with no noise... It was a very good villa with all the amenities along with kitchen.. I was a bit concerned after the reviews regarding cleanliness... But it was just the opposite... The room was properly cleaned along with the pool... The staff was welcoming.. Very close to beach for sunset... Overall very good experience.

Loved the pool and location as the beach is hardly 5mins walk ... The breakfast was good ... But they were not able to understand the changes we requested on the last day. Very clean place and the staff is very helpful and systematic.
