It was easy to find, quite spacious , delicious food enjoy thoroughly & very hospitable staff.

Title: Good Location but Disappointing Amenities and Policies Review: My recent stay at Alagon City Hotel & Spa, in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya Mall in Saigon Square, and Vincom Shopping Center. However, the hotel's policies and amenities were quite disappointing. The meal policy, which provides only one meal voucher per room per meal, was particularly frustrating. This meant that everyone in the room had to share a single plate of food, which was inconvenient and unsatisfying. Additionally, the hotel's security deposit of $100 at check-in seemed excessive. Other notable drawbacks included: - A charge of 50,000 Dong for using the laundry bags provided in the room - Limited water provision (only 2 x 500ml glass bottles per day), with extra water incurring a charge - Small rooms with small beds and no space for extra bedding, even for paid extra children Overall, while the location was a highlight, the hotel's policies and amenities fell short of expectations. With some improvements, this hotel could offer a much better experience for its guests. Rating: 2.5/5 stars Feel free to modify it to fit your tone and style!

Great location and close to bin h thanh market, walking street. Breakfast was good. Limited option for vegetarians but good collection of non-veg items. Room service was good. Swimming pool, spa was good.

Room is neat and clean. Food is good. Even for a vegetarian like me, there were options in the food to choose. Ideally located for shopping. Walking street is about one kilometre away. Indian restaurants are available nearby. Only problem we felt is about the stringent rules and penalties. Felt like we are in a school. Even for laundry bag they charge extra. Towards that they collect 1m vd as security deposit while checking in.

The hotel facilities etc. were good but I think in general people have some major issues! They misbehaved, made us panic, no consideration for my baby… didn’t even wash baby bottles- they said they were busy! were so strict for 12pm checkout that they were giving threat calls for charging for one day out of security deposit they take at checkin time! Very rude, cold people! was specially very rude on the phone! Gave us rooms on different floors! All customers were panicking at the reception! One couple was told to get bags checked for tea spoons and they were asking them to pay 800000 VND!

Delayed check in. Not allowed to have a takeaway breakfast for group tour. Ok rooms. Good location. Can be booked if you don't want to stay much in the hotel

Alagon hotel is in the heart of the city, location is superb and staff behaviour is nice. And lot of indian restaurants near by which was a blessing in disguise. And very near to been than night market where

The stay s was average. There are better hotels with cheaper rates in the locality. They mention early checkin available but they didn’t let me enter before 2 pm

At check in it was a surprise that the booking voucher was not honored of 1 complimentary meal once during the stay. After follow being a black member no resolution or call back. Neither the hotel reception supported and were rude. It was not about free meal but the commitment on which i paid for hotel. Even now you can see same offer ( don't fall for it) felt embarrassed to even argue with rude staff as if asking for free meal. We had to shut up by listening " our hotel policy" which to our surprise no where mentioned in booking voucher anywhere. They even refused to give managers number to escalate. On checkout we were asked to pay even for laundry bag which we used to pack used clothes. When asked again rude reply of its obviously not free. It's first time i came across of such thing.

Location is very good near to main market food is good & service is also good amenities all are good gym

The location is great right in front of the beach with amazing views. The property is at a prime location with a rooftop pool. The food is good. If you wish to party nearby you are at the best location.

Location is good. It is in centre of the market. All night market and shoping place are just walking distance. But good quality and other service is quite average. Hotel is like a bhul bhulaiya. Very confusing lift to go on particular floor ( for different floor use separate lift). So it's little bit confusing.
