The rooms were neat and clean. Plus cold drinks. Roasted Ground nuts chasews, dry jackfruit lumps etc were there for snacks. The bed sheets and towels were super clean. There was nil opportunity for making any complaints. Quality of food was excellant. The entrance lobby was wide and had photo shoot spots. Everything from Gate doors, Swimming pool, walls. ceiling and crockey was gold plated and gold painted. I was having a feeling as if was in dream or heaven. Simply out standing property.

Location is so perfect near golden lake.. all other attractions are near by.. food is good have veg and indian options also.. must recommended hotel in hanoi

My stay was amazing, the whole hotel was wrapped in Gold, really a wonderful moment and experience. There were full options for vegetarians. The swimming pool on 27th floor was amazing. We enjoyed😊

Excellent rooms, helpful staff. Cotton balls were missing in amenities. Slippers quality superb. Around 4km from Opera House, Old quarter.

The hotel was very good but the variety of food was very less... How can one fill one's stomach with only juice and bread?

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant clean hygienic scenic view rooms they gave us early check in also gave us the facility to keep the extra bags while we were travelling to another city , the hospitality was impeccable and buffet breakfast for vegetarians was huge ! Highly recommend to stay here .

Most of the Indian tourists are staying in this hotel but Indian food is not available in breakfast., amenities are not upto the mark, congested, no greenery nothing,. We felt like between concrete walls.. lot of small cockroaches in our suite room., we killed daily 2-3 cockroaches, For all 3 nights, we faced the same problem., service is poor

I had a very pleasant stay at Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the in-house dining options were impressive—delicious food with good variety. The hotel is located away from the main touristy areas, which made for a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable and luxurious break from the hustle of the Old Quarter. Would recommend for anyone who prefers a quiet and premium stay in Hanoi.

was travelling with family and found the stay very comfortable and good service. I found the location useful and pleasant and walkable w.r.t locations in the city some of which are walkable from the hotel. the hotel has good connectivity with local apps like grab and the infinity pool is the cherry. well done and keep up the high service levels

The night staff took too long to process our checkin, I had booked the hotel in advance via mmt app and they still made us wait for 30 long minutes when we were exhausted and asked them why was it taking so long. They just shrugged and asked us to wait. I have never has such an experience with any other hotels I have stayed at. The behaviour of the reception at night was too rude and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff at the hotel gate also didn’t help me load my luggage into or off the cab. I was alone so it was hard for me to manage 4 luggage on my own. They just stood there and watched me struggle with my luggage. Also I had switched on the cleaning sign on the door of my room but when I returned from my day tour they hadn’t cleaned the room?! I had to call them at least 3 times to clean the room. They have rated themselves 5 stars but honestly don’t even deserve one. My experience was horrendous for this hotel.
