Location of the hotel is very good. Facilities are decent, but the property is dated. There is a considerable wait time for elevators, which is unusual for such hotels. The hotel refused to provide drinking water in the room on the morning on which we were supposed to check out, which was extremely disappointing. Breakfast had good variety, but the area was very crowded and noisy.

Superb location. Super view from the rooms. The did not eat breakfast here.... but they have options for vegetarian also in breakfast. Very co-operative and guiding staff. Superb hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Fantastic view of the river and the dragon bridge from the river facing suite. Also the hotel is walking distance from the night market for street food(especially sea food) and street shopping. Also the Mye Khe beach is few kilometers away.
