The location is great, but hotel has basic facilities. No breakfast option, and also the elevators need an overhaul and one of the lifts was not working and sometimes it took ages to go up or come down. There is no proper luggage storage and the entire lobby is filled with luggage during the day. So in summary, convinent, but a tad overpriced considering the facility offered

One of the worst hotels i travel-led to in recent times. No water provided. Tiny room. Single lift takes a long time all guests have to wait in line. Extra for concierge services. And not to the say the least very expensive for the price and size of the room

While it is centrally located right next to Times Square, this is a budget hotel with a budget hotel feel - good as a transit or 1-2 night if you are going to be mostly out and about, else look for a more spacious room… the bedrooms are small, bathroom smaller typical of NYC budget hotels - two people in a room can be challenging with space

This hotel is next to times square and get full marks for location and ease, but rooms are bad. 1. Less or zero ventilation 2. Lifts are terrible u have to wait for 5 minutes minimum 3. They charge if u keep luggage post checkout 4. They charge 50 dollars if u want to check in an hr early 5. Ciggerate smoking is 250 dollar fine 6. Bathrooms are pathetically small

Small rooms - but I think all the hotels in that area has same issue with rooms, otherwise room was cleaned Location - very close to Times Square Facilities - basic as in other hotels of US Lift - Small with lesser capacity, Gets crowded during rush hour especially during morning.
