Terrible, worst hotel in Thailand

Starting with the check-in process, they did not welcome guests. When we told we had booked about an month ago, they agreed to give us a room. The room was named superior but the building to which they took us was below inferior. No lifts, no room service guys, we have to lift our own luggage, and the condition of the steps were pathetic. Just like metal ladders. Entered the room which was so dirty that we had to walk inside with our slippers on all the time. Next, sat on the bed, it was one of the worst mattress I have seen in my entire life. Two spring beds with about 4 inch height were kept side by mattresses were placed on a king size bed which was smaller than the mattress, making the mattress float on air, which naturally made us fall on the floor whenever we sat or rolled while sleeping there. Next the feel of the bed, it was making such bad sound of the springs within, whenever we change our body angle while sleeping. Also it was so old and unevenly placed that any person will get a back pain if slept there. Next, forget dressing table or even a simple table, the room didn't even have a simple mirror to look at ourselves. To call the reception, no telephone provided. And located in such a go down type area that even mobile network was not available. And not to forget about WiFi. Password was provided, but no internet access. This is the best way to keep yourself away from your hotel room. Worst experience ever.

Worst stay in Thailand, hotel was in poor condition, doors were broken, no internet and enmities in the room. No attendant in the building, furniture was also and broken. Zero out of ten marks.
