Hotel stay is nice, some staff is very helpful and some staff is very rude. I was facing issues with travel desk in hotel. I made a booking for phi phi island in bht for 27 dc, on 26 dc night i called her lady to just know about cancellation charges she said it's non refundable i didn't cancel my trip that time. Next day my pick up time from hotel was 8 am but no one come to pick me up several times i spoke to hotel staff they said just wait here for 10 to 15 mins, after that i called that lady who booked my trip and then she said that yesterday u cancel-led your trip but i didn't gave her any confirmation for cancellation, she use very abusing word that is very horrible for me that time
