Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

I am writing this review..in total awe of this Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. Starting with the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach review, this Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is nestled on the quaint kamala beach..betweek mountains and sea. It has a private beach..which opens up in private sea..(yeahhh)…a great option if travelling with family or a couple..awesome food..top notch cleanliness… and the extraordinary staff and service. The day I reached phuket, my husband fell terribly sick by eating out. He developed a grave shell dish allergy and was unable to breath. The staff at once booked a vehicle so that we can go to the hospital. After we came back, the staff helped us with the food(for 4-5 days)..taking extra care to cook food in separate utensils..the chef,the staff everyone took so much care that it felt I am with my family in my home. I would specially like to thank Pat from the restaurant sections who made sure we ate properly. Everyone, ever visiting phuket, stay in novotel. Hands down. You get every bit of nature, sea, food and extra care.

Had the most wonderful time at the resort. It was everything that I had wanted & much more. Also the kids’ friendly atmosphere was a big plus. Their Kids club was a fun place for my 6 year old boy. The property is right on the beach which is superbly clean & gorgeous. The Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach staff ensures exceptional cleanliness in & around the property. The views from the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach are inexplicably beautiful. The manager Mr Top was very warm & helpful. The entire staff created a very comfortable experience for us, it felt like a home away from home. In fact we all were so emotional while saying our good bye to the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach & its people. We will be returning to the same resort very soon.

Location: Excellent. You can go straight to the beach from the pool area. It’s at the end of the beach and is the last Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach on the beach. Complete privacy. Facelities: Pool, poolside bar, Resturant, Kids section, SPA…. the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach has it all. Food: Limited menu, tad expensive but great taste. Location being a bit isolated is about couple of KMs from the market and nearest 7/11. However, many good food joints down the beach. Staff: Very pleasant demeanour and disposition. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

Had a great time staying at this Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. Location was excellent, with almost private beach at the doorstep. The view from rooms, swimming pool and restaurant was awesome! The food was great. Very good and tasty buffet breakfast spread. Staff was very courteous. Spa service was also very good. They adjusted working time as per our request. Only one thing to improve - they need to work on maintenance of rooms, specifically bathrooms. The doors were not closing properly. It's an inconvenience with family.

It’s located at the corner of the beach, excellent for a private stay, however far from all market areas or local restaurants. Need to walk along the beach in the day. Next to cafe del mar for nightlife though. Its biggest pro is the private beach, and the lovely view! Rooms are old and very average, not worth the price.

Great view and hospitality, enjoyed the beachside view, any concerns where promptly addressed. Also was provided with flexibility of vegetarian food options on selected food menu

A quiet peaceful stay, with a beautiful beach side property. Very good amenities and amazing food. Best for families travelling with kids

It was very comfortable and the staff was very considerate. The resort is located right at the beach which is perfect.

The location of the resoets is great if you are looking for a beachside. Rooms are not that great though. Far from patong beach. But all of it is worth it for the location.

Serine location with private beach access/ one of the best views of sunset in all over Phuket / the breakfast buffet is all amazing

Staying at novotel was awesome. Only issue is with food. Restaurant staff and chef does not know english properly. So won't be able to provide any indian dishes. Otherwise service, property etc is good
