Service is really poor, issues with payment machines, rooms are very poor condition specially bathrooms, no maintenance, no food bills were provided even after requesting, issues with communication. Overall really bad this time.

Liked the layout of the room. It’s quite spacious and the bathroom is really good. The bedroom opens up to the beach view. This place has a wifi, but it’s not password protected. Only thai and italian cuisine is available and it’s a bit pricey.

It's away from all the tourist hustle. Very quiet and chill hotel. Ours was the delux room with ocean view. The room was specious, had a balcony where you can just site and enjoy the waves crashing just 100 metres away from you. Their food is also really amazing.

Booked a sea view room but all the rooms were covered with trees. The view of sea could not be seen. As it is a 5 star resort it should include all types of foods but vegetarian food was completely missing from the menu and also breakfast buffet except fruits and bread butter.

I booked this hotel while my friend and I were travelling from Koh Pha-ngan!! Best place to relax!! Private beach, excellent support from staff and lovely food!! A little bit far from central Phuket ‘happening’ sites, but worth spending money!! Also, you can hire a scooter to go to central city!!

My colleague recommended this hotel to me and it was exactly the way he explained. The hotel staff was very good, helping. Wonderful place and you can just sit on the beach and relax. Everything is fine except two things- for Vegetarians no food options. The good thing is the hotel allowed me to order food from outside. You can use Foodie or Foodpanda app to order the food. If you do not have a local number, you can request hotel staff to make a call (without any charges). The only thing which I feel the hotel has to work on is communication. I believe 90% of their customers are from outside Thailand and 60-70% of them are English speaking. It is very difficult to communicate with them. Guests have to explain things at least 3-4 times for what they are looking for. It is not just me but I observed other people struggling as well. Overall- If I remove the communication problem, I will rate this hotel 5/5.

I stayed in this property for just 3 nights. Private pool with the room was just amazing. Beach access was just 10 steps away. Location was great for people who wanna relax and enjoy the property instead of going townside more as the property is about 18km from patong town, which is another happening place in phuket. Breakfast was included but very limited options for vegetarians.
I loved the private pool with the room. Location of hotel was great just that it was little far from pating. People who love staying in silent place would love this property.

This place is awesome. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend the beach villa for ultimate privacy !! Will go here again .. Hospitality is just perfect !! The managing director who is a Italian, he surprised us with a bottle of wine because he got to know we are on our honeymoon Just awesome ..
