The room which was booked, they didn't provide. Hotel staff was not cooperative. Finally at the time of check out hotel staff were claiming that we made room towel dirty. I was surprised. Finaly they wasted time. Overall not good experience with hotel

AC not cleaned well, no intercom facility, no lift, no kettle in the room, TV not working, I booked the superior room with bathtub but they provide small room without bathtub, only hand shower in that room and hot water not coming properly, the only satisfaction is all the staffs are good and humble for that I gave 5 star

Rooms are big n maintained well, but ac having issues, no morning breakfast facility, quite away from most happening places, swimming pool could have maintained well, I suggest couples, newly married, who want to spend good time without any disturbance can choose this place, you will have enough privacy. It's OK for cheap price you can get tuk tuk Pattaya walking street. But return maybe charge more. Room was very clean. No lift in this hotel. 7 eleven is on the right side of hotel. If you drinking the best hotel for you.

Hotel Receptionist is not good and he was not providing any cooperation with us and gave us rooms at 3rd or 4th floor. There is no elevator in the hotel, overall we go through poor quality of experience.
