I thoroughly my stay in Royal Benja hotel. It's situated in a very posh area and is in one of the central locations of Bangkok. It's close to Nana Plaza, and the BTS Nana station, so it was amazing. The amenities were very good. The breakfast options were also pretty good. I loved it. I highly recommend this.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property is hidden behind the main road and looks extremely old and neglected. Almost everything inside is broken—power sockets, fixtures, and basic amenities. The place feels run-down and unsafe. But the real shocker is the staff. The housekeeping team and reception behave in the most unprofessional and arrogant manner. Zero sense of hospitality, no courtesy, and absolutely no respect for guests. Their behaviour towards Indians in particular is disgraceful. It is ironic, because almost half of their business runs on Indian tourists, yet they treat us with bias and rudeness. This is not just poor service—it is outright insulting. No traveller deserves this kind of treatment, especially when they are paying customers. There are far better hotels around with proper facilities and staff who actually understand hospitality. I strongly recommend fellow Indian travellers (and anyone who values respect) to stay away from this property. Don’t waste your money or time here—you’ll only end up frustrated and disrespected.
