They don’t trust us... they demanded 2000/- Thai bath as deposit on credit cards only...and that is not returned when we check out... but you get your money after 14 days.

Hotel is situated at very good location with walking distance from suvarnabhumi airport. My experience starting from reception till check out was nice. Only problem we faced was food. Out of various there were only one or two items for vegans and that too was very limited. Chef at novotel was unable to prepare again for us as ingredients were finished. Few suggestions like kids pool should be bigger.

Very old room furnishings, carpet, disorganized electric kettle connection, flower pot with stale water and plants. Ground lobby staff non proactive, no one to guide on hotel facilities. Struggled to get Wifi connection, got connected after 3 hours only after visit of it official. Limited vegetarian food option, shocked when not even got simple veg sandwich, my wife who is vegetarian has to go for ice cream, which also I received after 50 minutes. Only good thing is location for transit passenger and good shuttle service from airport, breakfast spread was good.

It a good hotel was nothing great about service or anything that a guest would say that something great no fruits were given in the evening.
I was expecting some extra service as I have received in another 5-star hotel also the room was very small so value for money not good.
Toilet seat had problem it would not remain in up position very disappointing.

Perfect loacation for travellers in transit who want to rest before their onward journey . Will definitely stay here again next time we travel via Bangkok . Breakfast spread was good and they have very polite staff. Most of them can speak and understand English and that was a great help.

This is the best hotel to stay before your flight. Free pick up and drop facility to airport is available in every 10 minutes interval. If you don't have luggage, you can just walk for 2 minutes to reach the airport. The foods of the restaurant is good and reasonable price.

The location is really nice which is just a step away from the airport. It is best for a transit night. The rooms are very big and nice king size bed. Nice bathrooms with clean accessories. The breakfast has a wide variety of Thai food which is really nice for being here.

I waited there for a long time and they said they didn't received any Booking. My money wasted there 10k. So I request you to remove it from MMT other wise it will have an very bad adverse effect on the customers of your site Make My Trip. My work is just to tell the truth. Now all up to you my money tot tally wasted. :(

The hotel is very convenient for airport users. Have shuttle service 24 hrs. No need prior booking for this. Good room facilities and breakfast is bit OK. For one or two day trip in Bangkok this is best option.

No free internet, bad in this era, specially for Thailand! Hotel is well located otherwise. They have regular shuttles to the airport which is just 2 min away. The rooms were comfortable. Lighting a little dim. The food in the coffee shop was quite good.
