It was a fantastic experience. The place is safe, clean and beautiful. It's close enough to the airport and to the city, although i do recommend another hotel closer to siam if you intend to stay longer. The staff is great, the locality leaves nothing to be desired. They have a vending machine downstairs, multiple shops 1 min away and a 7eleven 10 mins away, walking. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling. 10 stars.

We booked this place since it is very close to the airport and that's the only good thing about it. Since we were checking in about 4 hrs before time, we asked them if they can arrange accordingly and they assured us. However, on visiting them in person, the receptionist was one of the most rude and horrible people i have met in my life. She was not interested to listen to anything i had to say and all she said was "we don't have rooms.

Its an average hotel, if you have an early morning flight, you can choose this hotel as it is near to the airport.

I stayed here only for 6-7 hours. The location is far away from the main road, the hotel doesn't even provide a staff to carry your luggage, before the reception there were so many stairs which were up and down and can make you tired easily. The receptionist refused to even call a taxi at the time of check out. Breakfast was ridiculous - just a slice of bread with a little butter and a slice of cucumber and carrot. 200 ml ultra sweet juice all packed in a box and delivered to the room. The rooms have basic and very old facilities. Only one thing may sound good - the name of the hotel until you get here. In the 1 kilometer long alley where the hotel was situated, there were many stray dogs barking in packs at 2 - 3 places. It was scary. never ever want to be here again in this life.

overall quality of room is excellent but a very very bad taste of breakfast cause I got vomiting 🤮after eating it which made my journey tough even place is too noisy

When reach airport hotel staff say we don't have room when we taken taxi by own paid 200 bhat and reach hotel they say it is full so we have to go to other hotel thus have to suffer.

Hotel is quite good, very close to airport. They also provide pickup & drop service. Rooms were nice & cozy. Convenient for airport transit. Value for money. Pickup & drop facility were nicely managed. Only the breakfast was not up to the mark. It was not good at all.

For one night stay, to rest this hotel is okay but it is far away from city for leisure trip. I shall not recommend to stay in this hotel. Going to city taxi fare is about 1400 bht and not at all useful for shopping or city sight seeing. Breakfast (buffet) was cold and average.

We have stayed 2 days in floral shire and 2 days in Mike Hotel, Pattaya. As far as Floral Shire is concern below are the feedback- 1.Though we have communicated our arrival before hand but still found our name is not there in car pick up however good part is the attendant has arranged the same in 10 minutes. 2.The pick up van is spacious and dropped us at the hotel door step. 3.Though we have book for 4 days but complimentary breakfast was for one day only. 4.Room is standard room with balcony, TV, fridge, hair dyer and mini bar. 5.Location wise its far away from city and little interior. 6.They have massage center which is good. 7.Not avail much services hence will not comment about facility. 8.Almost all the Thai people we met were good and few interaction with hotel staff was also same 9.In case you need cab for tour, hotel will arrange, however asked for tum driver who is extremely friendly and helpful.

Out of the way and not well maintained. Internet was spotty and everything was dated. Had one breakfast and that is it. We went out for the rest of the days to eat somewhere else. Would not be staying here again.
