Had a 5 nite stay at the Centara Grand. Arrived close to midnight and still took long to check in, and my card was charged twice for incidentals. What followed was a long wait for them to talk to their bank.. ! The room is nice but very small... surely not the size they mention on the website . The amenities are great, the breakfast, the oool, the gym are all great. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is good.

A pleasant stay overall

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay overall. The rooms are spacious and food is nice. However, they can improve on the connecting lifts and reaching central world because its a small walk to the other side of the hotel if you want to go to the main road.

We could take the train from airport to the hotel. It wasn't much of a hassle at all. There's a skywalk from chitlom station that leads directly to the central world mall which houses centara grand hotel. Amazing, upscale location and easy access to multiple other malls in addition to central world. The chitlom or sim stations can be taken to virtually any tourist attraction. Needless to mention, everything was 5 star about the hotel. The front office & concierge staff were such a delight to interact with. Food was extraordinary with multiple cuisines to suit anyone. Even pure vegetarians can find enough & more to hog on from the buffet spread. The red sky bar was easily my best experience closely followed by the spa. The swimming pool didn't quite impress me in comparison to the rest of the facilities. Rooms were like any other high end property but views from the higher floors are breathtaking. Overall, i felt my experience couldn't have been any better

This is one of the best hotel to stay in Bangkok. Located at the heart of the city. Accessible to central world and Siam Paragon Mail as they are very walkable distance. Wide spread of breakfast.

This hotel is very convenient to stay since it's attached with the most popular mall central. You can just shop, keep your stuffs and again go back to shop. It also has a huge movie theatre and it was so convenient as a solo traveller to watch midnight movie and without any worry go back to hotel. They upgraded my room as well. Sky bar has a nice view but cocktails are disappointing. Overall the best hotel to stay in Bangkok city.

Family vaccination is always the fun and this فندق سنتارا غراند في سنترال وورلد بانكوك is the best for family and the comfort. Rooms are clean, breakfast served was great. Location is great.
