Everything starting from front desk to each and every employee of the hotel like house keeping was extremely helpful and always tried to go out of the way to make our stay welcoming and comfortable, dining at roof top restaurant octave was an amazing experience, and lastly but most importantly comes the great pleasant surprise is the indian chef sc bhatia, because as soon we checked in the hotel we were thinking whether had we opted a property far from main areas, but the moment we stepped in the restaurant for breakfast in morning we were greeted by the staff and then stepped in mr. Bhatia who has keenly and personally taken interest in our likes and dislikes and apart from the buffet especially prepared a loo pratha and indian masala chi the way we drink at home especially for us, we almost felt like a home from our home, he was genuinely very warm and affectionate, all four days our breakfast experience was superb, since chef can speak good hindi as well thai he also conveyed our some cooking instructions to the staff without any confusion, in room dining experience was also superb, house keeping staff is very honest and hardworking, although not suggested but by oversight we left our mobile on bed and few baht coins were on table, but when we returned in room not a single baht or valuable was touched while cleaning the room, person attending the main door and managing taxis was very courteous, and while checking in by mistake first we landed at jw marriott at sukhumvit 4, but the front desk staff there also helped us by calling our hotel and confirming our booking and then arranging a very cost effective taxi by meter for us so we reached in our hotel in 15 minutes so it shows the guest friendly approach of overall marriott group, but this marriott hotel at soi57 is worth staying especially for the hospitality extended by chef mr. Sc bhatia
