while booking it was mentioned under amenities that rooms have air conditioning. upon arriving at property we learnt that none of the hotel rooms have air conditioning. Very nice location. Recommend all who prefer perfect location. We really enjoyed there alot. Lake view is awsum

Pro - view is good from hotel if you are taking lake facing room cons - they had given us 2 single blanket instead of a big blanket for couple and they said that they don't have big blanket room is small there is no room service they don't provide water bottles did not find it worth they money they ask

The location and the hotel was good, but however the room did not have ac so felt really hot since it’s being summer

It's a 10 mins bus ride from Lucerne Station. We took the lake view room and the view was perfect. The room size is a bit small but the view, amenities and cleanliness make up for it. Staff is also very helpful.

Great staff. Ok food. Small rooms but Coozy. The location is wow. The receptionist is amazing. Happy to be there.

Rooms a little stuffy due to no ventilation or fan

Brilliant place to stay with an amazing staff to welcome you. The Hotel is easily reachable to Lucerne Station and every where else in Swiss.

The hotel has an amazing view of lake lucerne with alps in background. The location is 10 minutes by bus no 24 from station. The rooms are cosy and staff is very cordial. Only issue is with the breakfast. They don't change the menu of the buffet everyday. We had to eat same food for 4 days. Except that everything was amazing.

It was like staying there forever, great location and place.
Great location and connectivity.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is well connected from Lucerne train and boat station with route 24 bus going to very 15 mins. Travel time is 10 mins. There is hotel Seeburg stop just in front of the hotel.
View from the room was beautiful. All rooms face Lake Luzern with just a road in between. This results in spectacular view. The reception is very welcoming and they are more than happy to store your luggage before or after your stay as well.

Initially were allotted a non river facing room but to our luck that room was not ready so we got a beautiful room with balcony facing the Lucerne river. Sad part was we asked for that to the reception but we're told no other rooms were available ... Anyways about Lucerne ... It's such nice place to be, relax, bike, swim and enjoy seeing beautiful happy faces around. It's definitely costly compared to other places in Switzerland or European countries but from among the ones we went, this is best

Beautiful place to stay in. Near lake view very romantic place. Staff are nice. They will help you for your complte trip. Local travel is very near. Food is OK. They provide local transport pass too. Over all nice place to check in.

Room was small, nothing was bad nothing too good. It was very basic. Direct bus from main area every 20/30 min. Might be better in summers when there private lake front is open it was closed when we went. But overall it was good steal at the price offered my MMT

Nice lake view rooms with lake side restaurant. Next to the bus station so ease of transportation. This is nearby Lucerne station about 15 min bus ride from station. Staff is good and rooms clean. Restaurant near lake has veg options.

The hotel is located on lake side with a road in between. Get a lake view room it's really nice bus no 24 from train station to hotel runs every 15 min. The hotel has nice rooms WiFi is average but the location compensates the same.

Awesome location food window stay wonderful mindbogglingly .. Njce lake view .. Trees and greenery .. Good staff ... Cleanlines. Very polite people ... Nice roads ... Good bed. And breakfast. I like .. Will visit again

This hotel is really wonderful .. The rooms are quite big and very lovely interiors. The hotel has a balcony with the wonderful lake view .. The Lucerne lake is very lovely to see from the room .. You can have a wonderful feel of the sunset and lake sleeping on your bed and its a awesome feel .. The food is good .. But in swiss keep your wallets full as the cost of living is really high ..

The room was spacious and had a very good view. But the hotel is little bit inside from the other hotels. It is much expensive hotel and not that worth of it. You may get better hotel in same price. Should keep more options for vegetarians for breakfast.
