Disaster and hopeless!

Very poor hotel, not ideal for people travel-ling for business. Once you enter you will be disappointed, lobby is not at all good. Response from staff very week. As for a bathroom towel at the check in time inspite of 3 reminders( one time went down to reception) nothing down. I kindly request makemytrip to check the quality of hotel before you list. Breakfast was very poor even a small tea shop can have better options. Internet connection very week disconnect frequently l. Totally disappointed, first and last!

While go for check in they denied and not answered by property properly. They not speak english. By taxi driver help i understand because of power issue they are closed. After call to customer care alternate stay arranged

Worst Hotel

Worst experience once I reached hotel at 3PM they made me wait for 1 hour at reception and later they says their lifts are not working hence you can go to our another hotel but no transportation as I need to go on my own… I have paid 50SAR extra for Uber and went I would have booked better hotel nearby airport

Overall decent experience. The room size and upkeep is definitely a value for money. The staff is good and courteous as well. The only challenge i faced here was the language as almost all are native speakers and hardly communicate in english so it was difficult to convey the message through. Also, food options are not there as they dont have any kitchen's near by nor they can recommend anything helpful

The hotel is clean and the room is decent considering a 3 star hotel. However the services are a bit weak. examples 1. No responses to calling the service desk multiple times in a span of a couple of hours 2.Calling me post midnight ( when I was alseep) to confirm details of stay 3. Room not getting cleaned when we were away the entire day
