Terrible Stay

I had a bad experience at this hotel. I had checked out on the same day due to AC not working in the room. also they had given me another room but I am not satisfied with the room. There are so many coackroaches in the room. They have not even clean the room when I checked in. There are no towels in the room. And the most important thing is I have paid money for the sea view room but they had not given me the sea view room although they were trying to accommodate me in other room

What made the stay bearable was the helpful housekeeping staff which was very efficient in trying to provided required assistance to hotel guest despite the shortcomings in the room itself.
