great stay close to city center

Right from check-in, which was smooth, the stay at hotel was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Located near the CBD, it’s close to sky tower and viaduct harbour. There is paid parking available as well.

It's a money minded hotel that likes to take a charge for each day of stay separately The staff, though helpful, is given wrong and poor training by management

Excellent Stay

Excellent property located at walking distance from the sky tower with lots of eateries at walking distance. Situated in auckland city centre. Rooms were great. It has a paid parking located at walking distance from the hotel, they also offer vallet services within the hotel. They had all amenities and even gave us umbrellas when it was raining. But remember to bring your own toothbrush as none of the hotels in new zealand give those.
