the service at hotel delta was not good. there was no dustbin in the room.no toilet paper. and bath shower 🚿 not working properly i compain front desk receptionist but not any action. so very poor service

The Delta Hotel City's location was ideal—it was about a 3-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Check-in was smooth, and the executives at the reception were very warm. Clean room, however, the accommodation was small for a double-occupancy room. Plus, it was very basic—two chairs and a small table, leaving very little room for movement. There was no kettle, so there was no morning tea/coffee. The toilet was clean and had enough space, though.

Small rooms but a great location

Hotel is situated in the prime hotspot location of Amsterdam central. The rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is modest but you can do. A lot many restaurants are just outside including the famous holland fries restaurant. The royal palace, Ripley's museum and Madame Tussauds is just 5 minutes walk from Hotel. Central Amsterdam Station is also a 5 minutes walk. All in all its a good place to stay. All other hotels near by are very expensive. So at this price, I think it's a good deal. And the person in charge of the breakfast is also nice. The people at reception are also very helpful.

Location is good but service had a horrible unfriendly receptionist.
Well the biggest problem was of the heater not working. Not proper plug points and the toilet was clean but the bed not as expectation.

Please refer my comments provided, its was not value for money deal.
Very small size bed and inspects on the bed, very unhygienic bed condition overall. No air-conditioner and very small capacity fan provided. Suggest professional website like MakeMyTrip should not list such hotels.

Excellent location and crowded rooms

The hotel had excellent location. The rooms were very tiny and had no ventilation. It does become claustrophobic and hence canot spend long time in the room. If you are looking for a place just to book overnight, but close to city centre and major sights as well as the trams and trains, the location is awesome.
