The location of the property is very good . Everything is nearby only . Bus terminus, 7eleven is at a stones throw distance . The rooms of the hotel is very good and view from window is excellent . The rooms are well maintained and staffs are all very cooperative . We liked our stay very much .

Convenient location with bus stops and shoos nearby. Good room and lovely staff who helped us as well as shared their suggestions for sightseeing.

They did not give a check-in till 3 pm. Staff was helpful though.

This hotel provides all the facilities of a 4 star hotel at the best rates. I would recommend this hotel to my friends who will be visiting Macau. Keep up the good work.

Room service was good but somehow room lacks in providing iron and other equipments.

Its a decent hotel, staff is helpful but breakfast options are less and location is not tourist friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. One can surely look up to this hotel for a short stay as for a stay more than 2 nights this hotel has nothing much to offer you

We stayed only one night but it was nice stay. Nice bed which was enough for we two and our 2 year old daughter. Breakfast was set meal type and it was good. Very near to Senado Square. No free shuttle bus but public bus stop is close by. WiFi was decent. Overall very good stay.

Good location... Spacious room.. Booked room here twice wd 5 days gap.. First time we got room facing harbour and they provided a Mobile phone with free internet and calls which we can take out for our day trip.. Senado square and st. Pauls ruins at walkable distance.. Park in front of the hotel.. 7/11 located opposite.

Good part is that my room was upgraded to a suite. While other factors were fine. It room decor was plane-Jane and there was no cupboard or wardrobe. It was at a walk-able distance (15 min) from main city-attractions I. E. St Paul's ruins, senado square St Dominic's church and the Macau Fort.

The hotel is good with basic amenities. Clean hotel room, with a very staff. Overall had a good experience. Location was very peaceful, close to mac donalds. Easily accessible by bus that goes to all the big casinos.

Best Western have kept up with their standards for this hotel in Macau. The staff at the reception were welcoming and professional. The rooms were big and plush (probably thought so after returning from a tiny, basic room at Hong Kong). The best part about the room was that, though there was not much items, the whole minibar was free and also the Mobile phone with free internet and local calls that came with room was a highlight. The location of the hotel is walkable from senado square and other heritage sights and also from casinos like Wynn, Lisbao and Star World. The Bus stop is right in front of the hotel which makes it easy to go to Taipa and other places. On the whole, this one is a safe bet for your trip to Macau. P. S: They take a deposit of 500 Mop/Hkd before you check in.

The location of the hotel was not so good as compared to the Lisbon and others. However, the staff in the beginning took so long to allocate room. I never experienced this before. Normally the front office allocates the room faster for their guests to occupy. And after insisting, I was allocated one of the smaller room and it was suffocating. I asked the reception to change to a better room. I was not given. Luckily when the staff was changed for their shift, the new staff in the evening gave us a better room on request. This should not have happened. Overall, was just ok or I should say below average. Not fully convinced with other guests who had written good reviews about this hotel.

This hotel is at a very convenient place to stay, as all the major attractions are nearby. The bus stop is bang on opposite and 7 Eleven Store as well. Room service for food close by 11:00 pm so plan it accordingly in case you wish to eat at the hotel. Nice view from the hotel :)

They offered a king size bed when i booked online but when i checked in they bluntly said that it depends on availability. Finally they gave two beds which i had to join. With two kids it was very uncomfortable. They claim to have free Wi-Fi but you have to come down to lobby and only utilise it. Shuttle services are only for name sake. When i got down at the tshing yi and called for shuttle they say that you have to check in to anak this facility.

Good location close to Macau Ferry terminal. Housekeeping facilities are good and staff are co-operative. Flexibility in Check in and check out if the rooms are available. Restaurant is good have variety of food dishes.

We did not have any food in the hotel, we prefered outside. But check in is not allowed earlier than 1.30-2 PM. It seems to be worth for money. Hotel located in the old Macau area.
