This leaves hardly any room for walking around and even two people in the room will find it restrictive, especially while dressing. It is good if you are leaving the room in the morning and returning late in the night just to sleep. The location is right next to Sengakuji station, which is great for connectivity to all of Tokyo and a short distance from Shinagawa station.

Room is good but small

Room was nice, with the proper ventilation and all the basic requirements. Room is small and there is almost no room for movement, you just enter the room and within 3 steps there is bed, table and chair and you can't move further. You just either get on to the bed or sit on the chair beside the fixed table and that's it.

Good hotel although the room size was small as compared to other hotels in Shinagawa. In case you want to be close to Shinagawa station it is a 10 minutes walk and not exactly opposite. Otherwise, clean rooms and decent breakfast.

Had stayed there for 2 nights. Overall a very average stay experience. Would not recommend it given the fact that better options are available at lesser price. When I asked the hotel for a receipt they refused it. Overall not a good experience.

The Hotel is super conveniently located and I even had a room with a view to the Tokyo tower (recommended to ask for higher floors). It was clean, had basic amenities and everything was smooth. The room is super tiny though and double-check before you share the room. Space can be really tight. (I was a Solo traveller and maybe they give bigger rooms for couples). Overall its excellent value for money and the Station next to it even has a direct Metro line taking you to areas like Asakusa/sky tree and hand Airport. Also has some great eateries and convenience stores in a 100-meter radius. Thumbs up to Apa Hotel.
