Had to cross multiple bridges with heavy luggage by walk. No help provided from the hotel on the same.

The room and breakfast were good. However, there was miscommunication regarding payment of Venice access fees. On the day of checkin, I was asked by the reception whether I have paid the access fees of € 20 and if not, I was advised to pay the same by scanning a QR. However during checkout, I was made to pay additional €9 as tax and was informed that the same is mandatory and in lieu of the €20 access fee paid by me. Upon informing the receiption that the €20 access fee was paid upon their instruction, they vehemently denied.

Good location and try and take the newly renovated rooms . Only select double bedroom have reviews ..breakfast is good and lavish

The property is decent, very ell located highly accessible by walking. The staff is courteous and the bfast platter is nice.

Location is excellent just right in front of train station venice st lucia. Also water bus stop in front of hotel. Lot of tourist attraction just walking distance breakfast is good. Rooms are quite warm in this cold weather. Enjoyed stay here

Location, amenities and food all are very good apart from one incident which was happened in the wee hour of morning when an stranger naked entered in our room by god grace nothing serious was not been done but that incident traumatised we both of us for quit a while and the staff available did not bother about the same wherein evening receptionist Ms. Forteni help us to calm us down and changed our room too…she was so courteous that only after talking to her we have that confidence to stay in the same property and we enjoyed rest of our stay there…so big thanks to her.

Awesome place to stay with very good view

Entire property is very old as most of the building in venice islands are old. Location is worth, i booked a basic room with breakfast, if you are vegan or don’t eat pork please don’t go with breakfast. Sky restaurant is for foreigners they will hesitate a bit on your entry(indian. But that doesn’t means they will not serve you. Image shown on picture are bit confusing it shows many types of room, i got the basic one.

I never stayed in Hotel due to corona virus issue and called them before time to cancel The booking but they said that they will not return and money in any case. Pathetic humans.

Close to the train station and bus station, rooms are small, there was no hot kettle, breakfast was good, overall comfortable stay.

Close to bus and train Station, perfect location. Venice is best explored On foot so walking to Rialto and st. Mark's square is not an issue at all. Comfortable bed, excellent set up

I stayed with my wife for 2 nights and celebrated new year in Venice. Location is 5 just opposite to Venice Station. Room was cleaned and tidy. Breakfast was good with variety.

Hotel is in front of station, only 10 min walk from bridge to get there. Nice hotel with rooms, only this I don't like is very less variety in breakfast.

The Hotel room was so elegant and we got our room even before The check-in time. The staff was so polite. Breakfast was limited in variety for a vegetarian.

The rooms is very small as compared to the tariff being charged! However location is good and you can a take a boat to Airport although they charge. My suggestion to try some other property as price is high not value for money.
