The hotel needs an upgrade. One can understand about the space constraint at such a prime location. However, the carpet and the room stinks. The walls have turned pale. The rooms needs refurbishment and maintenance.

Very nicely decorated room with huge bathroom

Interiors were well-decorated. Located just 100m from St. Mark Square. Everything was just mins walk on streets. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and AC was working fine. I will recommend it.

The hotel has a great location, it in the heart of Venice! The rooms are small but comfy and tidy. There is Wi-Fi access. The breakfast is OK and the service is awesome! Would visit again! Would also recommend the hotel.

Room is really nice and really close from the water and san marco square in the heart of the city. Hotel do provide nice breakfast buffet. Bed Could be more comfortable and little smaller elevator. But good value for money. Close from good shops and stores.
