I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent incident that occurred during my stay at your esteemed hotel,during our Honeymoon.I believe it is my responsibility to bring to your attention the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by a member of your housekeeping staff. On 31st May , 2023, I checked into [room number] at your hotel and was initially delighted by the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of service your establishment is known for. However, on 1st June Morning , my experience took an unfortunate turn. During my stay, I encountered a member of your housekeeping staff whose conduct was entirely unacceptable. Your housekeeping staff entered our room “ 4 TIMES “ without any knocking or without ringing the bell from 9am - 11am in the morning while we were sleeping , once they entered asking about the if we needed something for the mini bar , one time they entered and OPENED THE LIGHTS we had to shout and tell them to get out .This behavior not only tarnished my impression of your hotel but also left me feeling violated and disrespected as a guest. I believe that every guest should be treated with dignity and respect, and it is the responsibility of your staff to uphold these standards. Unfortunately, the behavior displayed by your housekeeping staff member falls far below the expected level of professionalism. As a guest who has invested time and money into choosing your hotel, I find it deeply troubling that such behavior is tolerated within your establishment. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this matter appropriately. I expect a thorough investigation into this incident, followed by the necessary disciplinary measures to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future. Additionally, My Wife and I are newly married , on our honeymoon, this is not a way to treat any of your guests so that other people are aware of your hotels housekeeping staff. Please understand that this incident has marred my overall experience at your hotel and has left me with a negative impression. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and handle it promptly to restore my faith in your establishment. I look forward to your swift response and resolution of this matter. Failure to address this issue satisfactorily may leave me with no choice but to escalate my concerns through appropriate channels
