Unpleasant stay at Florence

Room stay was very unpleasant, with the AC not working properly. Room and WC too small for 3 people. After getting into the bathroom, there is no room to even turn around. Beds were too small for an adult. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence with family.

Good location but hotel is average

Location of the Hotel was very good. Located close to the Train station and other must visit places in Florence. The staff was very helpful. They guided us to the nearby places and best eating places nearby. We chose the family room as we had to stay only for a day. Room was average but the toilet was disappointing. Too small. No elevators, so we had to carry our luggage for three floors.

The hotel is only a couple of minutes by foot from the Santa Maria Del Fiore cathedral, S. M. Novella station is also 5 min away. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast lacked variety, but was delicious and fresh.
