The worst

The worst hotel in bali, please do not try. They say its 5 star but not even fit for 1 star. Onboarding experience was worst. Wifi doesnt work broken titles, tough to drag trolley breakfast full of insects and flies location is in forest, no shops nearby. Not recommended for family and single.

Location - it is located uphill and a little inside from the main road. No much shops around except one supermarket. Its a quite place with clusters of big brand stay hotels around. (kind of a rich colony. Bike is recommended to get out for lunch and dinner from the hotel. They also have inhouse restro. Food - no comments as i didn't tried. We were served ice tea as a welcome drink which was nice. Hygiene - rooms are very neat and clean. Room service is also regular and good. Rooms are very good. They are catching up with their outer facility management after the covid hit. Which is fine. Safety - no issues. Its a secured compound with security and cctv. Your parcels are also attended by receptionist who will then call and intimate you. Staff are very polite and helpful.
