The property pictures on mmt and reality is very different. Pool is bery very small. Room and very old not maintained. Staff is not supportive. Rooms in pictures are neat and tidy. But in real the condition is not good. We opted for breakfast. We mentioned while checking in that we are pure vegetarian. We. Do not eat egg even the receptionist said it will not be an issue. But daily in breakfast we only left woth cornflakes and milk. They do not provide basic cappuccino. They only have this concoction. Not even hot milk they provide.

the hotel was as shown in picture. the location is very good. mexicola is just next . grab avaiable. staff is very good.

We reached hotel at 2 pm but our room is not ready and we adjusted by receiving new room which is at ground floor at 3:30 pm

The property location is great if you want to party all night as it's located near party places. The service is a bit slow. Also it gets super busy during rishi hours as it is right next to motel mexicola

Location perfect, food amazing, amenities and service great. Very good staff cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and

The location is in the heart of the town probably meant for party heads. The hotel is good. The public pool and rooms and amenities are good. Though the bathroom is small.

Aircons on the third floor are not working. Its so bad. We even changed our rooms and the other room’s aircon was also not working. They gave us a room without windows it was so suffocating. Shower in the room was defected all the water was coming out the shower area and not falling.

Location and stay was good. Close to motel mexicola

This was our second stay at seminyak and we wanted ti stay close to seminyak square so the location is great and the rooms are spacious. We got one without the balcony and it was great. Breakfast was good too, the staff is kind and courteous. I recommend this hotel )

Rite from the time we stepped out of our taxi, the hotel staff welcomed us. Very very humble people. Always greet you with a smile. The hotel services and the location of hotel is very good. We were just a call away for and help from the hotel staff. Loved the stay. Would definitely recommend for seminyak travelers.

The hotel is very well located. It is about 5 to 10 mins walking distance from Seminyak square and the beach. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. They have an amazing spa facility and very prompt service. The rooms were quite clean apart from this the hotel also provides a free shuttle service. Feel in love with the people and the place. This hotel was totally worth each penny. Would love to come back and stay here whenever we visit Bali again.
