Great experience, excellent stay, wonderful staff. One of most preferred location for me in terms of the hotel coordinates!!! Value for money !!

The hotel was ok... bit far from Bir Hakim ( main station), the A/c was not working and the windows are not openable. So it got suffocating at the higher floor.. they shifted us to a lower floor... room is clean but the in room supplies are poor... the room has paper cups n stirrers. The hotel does not keep a dental n shaving kit which is standard in all hotels...the key cards really troubled us... had to change it a couple of times... plz understand unlike you don’t get a porter to lug ur bags to n fro from the room... irrespective of how much u pay the service is poor across the board...

Hotel is very good very near to eiffel tower around 1.5 km 15 min walk, it offers great views of seine river and plus point is they offer many options of vegan food though it is not Indian food but still good,like falafel cooked veggies and more overall very good. Rooms are not too big as expected with european hotels. But ok

Good property and comfortable stay

Location is excellent. One can walk to Eiffel tower and hop on hop off bus and river cruise everything is nearby. Daily housekeeping and very neat and clean

It was a wonderful stay at Novotel Paris Centre Eiffel. The location is very near to Eiffel tower and on the street behind, there is a wonderful market.

The staff n rooms were really pathetic….Very rude stafff….Zero facility

hey ! I stay at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, Paris. The stay was decent. the location was just 10 mins from Eiffel Tower. however there were some issues with the washroom. The shower wasnt working properly and water was all over the floor. the glass in the washroom was super edgy which made it very difficult for us to stand and take shower.

Location of the Novotel Eiffel Tower was amazing. Convenient location, very much in the city center and 15 minutes walk from the tower and great set of restaurants nearby very safe area. We loved to stay here. We did not try the food at the restaurant with so many options nearby. The services at the hotel were great. They do not provide any plastic water bottles so please remember to pack your own reusable water bottle and you’ll be fine because there are a lot of still and sparkling water stations near the lobby. The hotel is well staffed and clean. It accommodates a lot of guests and is definitely one I would recommend.

Great looking hotel ... they even accommodated the specialised requests for the rooms (we took 3) ... all facilities were working well ... only thing is you have to make your own arrangements for water and this was known to us before booking ... you can carry your bottles and fill it up near the reception ... hotel is a beautiful property very close to Seine river and ofcourse the Eiffe tower which is half visible from the 30th floor ... loved the stay and the breakfast was great too

Stay is near to Eiffel Tower, and location wise is too good. Price is a on bit higher side, they didn’t even give water bottle in room. Staff is courteous but food is not that good, and no Veg options.

Location was good, property is not as expected, paper cups were kept in place of regular cup. Breakfast is monotonous and very average .

This was a great stay close to Eiffel Tower and also we didn’t face any issues during our stay. We booked a room with 2 beds and it worked perfectly
