The فندق وكازينو لو باساج القاهرة was nice overall, but early check-in was difficult. While most فندق وكازينو لو باساج القاهرةs offer early check-in around 9 or 10 am, i didn't get my room until 11:30 am. Maria m at reception was polite and helpful, which was appreciated. However, abdelrahman at reception was rude and not the kind of person suited for customer service. I gave a high review rating because of mariam's helpfulness.

Very close to airport, فندق وكازينو لو باساج القاهرة has shuttle bus after every 30 mins around the clock that's really helpful to access airport by 5 mins. Room was very clean and restaurants have many verity of foods, we enjoyed. Max employee can speak English. They are helpful. Thanks everybody to make comfort our stay !!!

I ordered dinner in the room along with chilled beers. Food was excellent. The staff was very polite and professional. The check-in and check-out was handled by very friendly and professional staff. It’s a very good value for money.

Very helpful guest relations manager by name of Maria. Excellent transit stays due to proximity to the airport especially as Cairo city traffic is horrible. Safe for solo women travelers. Quiet room. Good breakfast buffet.

If you are taking a flight back from cairo this is the place to stay. Clean rooms, good facilities and good food. Above all a free shuttle to the airport every half an hour is the icing on the cake

It is a real 4 star فندق وكازينو لو باساج القاهرة. Then price was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay. The فندق وكازينو لو باساج القاهرة looks like a palace and I felt like a king.
