Reception staffs were friendly, except that everything was a disaster. Rooms were too hot, temperature will not go below 28 inside the room. No housekeeping performed second day of stay. Restaurant staffs were with a kind of attitude. Terrible experience. Rooms are over heated, imagine sleeping in a room the whole night with more than 28 degrees temperature. Even you switch off the ac, no option for ventilation. Only option was to keep the doors open since the corridors were normal temperature.
