they changed the hotel to another hotel which is just okay hotel,shower room water not draining,they took 3days to rectify the issue

I booked 2 suite room and they given only one. They agreed that they will give 2nd room in the second day, but the staff don’t know anything about booking and their commitment. Very poor cooperation from reception staff (second day ) room is not clean and bedsheets are not changed.

Food was okay, location also good, facilities was bad. There were no towels in the toilet. Comforter was very bad and it was very short size. They didn’t provide water after i asked then they have brought water and towels. We stayed 3 nights and they provided water only the first day. Room service was not available. They didn’t clean the room even once. Despite the fact that breakfast was included in our booking, they did n ' t include it in their records, and every day their staff told us that you don ' t have breakfast like that, and all day i showed my booking to them to confirm this. All the staff are unprofessional.

It was a good hotel no restrictions

Terrible stay. I booked family suite and upon reaching hotel the receptionist told us no suites available and will give other room. I have no other option. Free spa access was there in booking but there was no spa inside hotel. The receptionist told us its closed due to some emergency. But when we try to go to spa nothing was there.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. While the booking shows it as a 4-star property, it’s actually rated as a 2-star hotel in the local area, and the service certainly reflects that. The cleanliness was subpar, and the staff were unresponsive. For example, we requested a different blanket because the one provided was dirty, but despite following up over 5 times, we never received it. A similar issue occurred with our request for an iron steamer, which was ignored. The service was truly pathetic, and we were left feeling frustrated and neglected. For the price we paid, we would have been better off booking an airbnb. We expected much more from this hotel, and we are very disappointed with the experience.

Can find many indians staying in this hotel, good rates and clean environment, feel safe and secure locality, surrounded by many pubs

Food was very bad and not family friendly environment. Parking space was very tight and busy. Cleanliness wasn’t top notch. Room was really small, i could barely walk around the bed. No towels, coffee cups, glasses. Key scanner was broken and sometimes it wasn’t working well. Bad experience!

In pictures they claim it 4 star hotel but in real in seems a very average hotel expectations were high but after visiting there i am little disappointed rooms are very small as compare to pictures

It was terrible experience to visit this hotel. Very poor service and rude staff. We reached at 1 am in night at hotel. Then receptionist asked us to wait for few mins. Even after asking they have not provided with drinking water. After almost one hour of waiting we asked again for the room and still they are avoiding us and not giving proper answers. They are saying we are checking room, our manager is coming, bla bla. It was surprised to us when they said you should come at 2 pm since our check in time is 2 pm and after that we are not responsible. After we raised our voice they are almost fighting with us and asking us to go to police if you want. After 2 hours of argument and request from our side, they have allotted room at 3. O clock in morning. We had little sleep and again we got more surprise in morning. We went to restaurant for breakfast since it is included in package. And as per restaurant record, it was not part of our package. Hence again argument with staff and after some time they confirmed it is included. I never recommend this hotel to anyone to visit

Good clean hotel although view from room is not available as it is in a area where most hotels have no views at all because all buildings are built next to each other

Hotel open 24/7, staff is also good, hote are clean and indian and also have pakistan staff and nearest club and bar location

Worst ever experience. International tourists are harassed. We choked in at 6 in the morning. No towels and no toothpaste and brush. We asked the reception and they said they will send. We slept as we were tired after the night flight. At 11. 30 we heard someone open the door. It was the house keeping lady. I questioned her as to y she opened my door when we were sleeping. She was offended and they dint give us towels till 4 in the evening even after asking 5 times. Finally we got torn ones.

Worst experience. Too much attitude . No customer service . The housekeeping lady opened ourdoor when we were sleeping. We checked in at 6 in the morning and no towels in the bathroom. On repeated asking for towels . We got it at 4 in the evening. They gave us one towel with a hole .

The hotel is not like described in booked 4 rooms and all rooms bathroom dont have locks and they dont have any universal charging socket, when i asked for multi functional plug they said they dont have we have to buy from outside. Free breakfast was terrible and the free massage they mentioned only for 5 minutes they are asking money from there .. only swimming pool was well maintained and steam bath also gold.. rooms are not good.. i wont recommend this hotel
