Very well located, close to main station as well. Helpful staff. Got all basic amenities for a very reasonable price.

The location of the hotel is really good. But the hotel staff was really rude. The hotel didn't even have an intercom and when asked about it at reception, they had no clue. I complained that the tv is not working, for which they didn't do anything.

Location is perfect, 2 mins from railway station and 10 mins walk to Old Town Square and opera. Rooms are art decor style with all basic amenities. Staff (specially Mr Alexander at reception) were so friendly & warm. Everything from local sightseeing suggestions, luggage storage, charger pins and the hotel staff did all to make our stay truly memorable.

Very nice small hotel. Rooms were small but enough for a couple. They provided a fan to beat the heat. Location was awesome nearby to tram Station. Breakfast was good but limited variety. Every day we had the same breakfast more or less.

Lovely property right location and great staff

Slightly easier on the pocket as compared to the City center hotels. Good breakfast. Better than some of the usual breakfasts.

Overall the hotel was good, everyone at reception receptive and helpful, the lounge and restaurant area beautifully decorated. The only negative was the providing very basic amenities in the room.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy yet conveniently located hotel in the center of the city. The concierge was modest and very helpful. The staff was always pleasing. The lady at the reception went out of her way to make our stay comfortable

Great location near metro station(20 min from airport), walking distance from city center. Lot of bakeries and restaurants near hotel. Helpful staff, fast WiFi, comfortable bed. Clean and cosy room. Expensive breakfast.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is close to you bahn station. Good room with comfortable beds, fast internet connection. Helpful staff. 20 min walk from city center. Good Austrian restaurants in the area. I would stay again. It really perfect combination price location.

Very good hotel in Wien. Hotel is located near city center (about 15-20 minutes on foot) and railway station (about 20 minutes on foot). Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel service was very nice. There's a possibility left luggage on reception board after check-out.

All was very good, starting from room, reception, buffet breakfast was lavish and staff served with smile, rooms are bit small. But good as long as you want just to sleep at night as most of the time you will be out for tourist attraction.

Nice hotel with good breakfast selection and decent sized rooms and good service. Its location is not great for tourists as its a little far from the main areas and there are other good options in those areas. It was my first time in Vienna so I don't know if its the usual practice but there was no AC in the rooms and in the summer it gets quite hot but they were happy to provide us a standing fan when asked for. Amenities are very OK.

The whole hotel and the room were very clean and tidy. Good location, not far from the center and close to public transport. The stauff was very helpful. I had a great stay in that hotel. Highly recommend to all travellers. A lot of sightseen places near by.

Got cheap price when stayed and it quite near train station to go to the airport. Near tram station to go to city center. Around the hotel has many nationalities food restaurant include Thai restaurant.

Very nice hotel near keleti station. Very nice stay cooperative staff. gave us early morning packed breakfast and rooms are big and good... Hotel has small kitchen in room to cook for foreign travellers.. Will come back again... Thanks
