Seashell is a paradise, Beautiful location, Clean and hygenic, Pizza is good , Services are above par . Started with welcome drink and provide u early checkin if availaible , Rooms are spacious , Breakfast is good for sea food lovers bit problem for vegans but can be managed. Dung Dong market is nearby. The location is great accesseble to every attraction place.

Excellent location with beautiful view

The location of the hotel along with the Ocean View was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities were great.

A very good location on the beautiful beach . The swimming pool and the spa is also very good.(though in half price good quality spa s are available near to the hotel) Good hospitality with a huge spread of breakfast. Walking distance to the night market .Sea views rooms are actually awesome with the view of a wonderful Sunset from your bed . From the balcony, the view of people enjoying with the waves on the beach in the morning and evening is very enjoyable.

I had a truly unforgettable stay at Seashells Hotel Phu Quoc! Everything was top-tier—from the beautifully maintained property to the warm and welcoming staff. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. The room was spotless, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable, and the on-site amenities were exceptional. I especially loved the breakfast spread and how easy it was to explore the nearby markets and restaurants. One small suggestion: it would be wonderful if complimentary bottled water could be provided on the checkout day as well. It’s a small gesture that would go a long way, especially in Phu Quoc’s warm climate, and surely wouldn’t be a big cost for the hotel. Aside from this tiny detail, everything else was truly flawless. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc—you won’t be disappointed!

Very good sea view.

We were a family of 4 and our 2 year old baby. Stay was excellent, the room, the pool, the breakfast all exceptionally good. Hotel is located close to the market. We stayed one night only and felt it was less to enjoy the property.

Our anticipation was high as we embarked on our two-day retreat at seashells, lured in by the promise of complimentary airport pick-up and transfer. However, despite meticulously providing our flight details and reaching out to the hotel upon our arrival, we found ourselves in a bit of a predicament when transportation was delayed. After waiting patiently for half an hour, we eventually took matters into our own hands and arranged our own cab. Nestled in a prime location, seashells phu quoc certainly has its charms, with generously spacious rooms that beckon relaxation. Yet, our enthusiasm was slightly dampened by a few disappointments. Despite the enticing offer of early check-in, we found ourselves idling away three hours past the standard 3 pm check-in time. Additionally, while the provision of two small water bottles per day is a thoughtful gesture, we were taken aback to discover that any extra bottles incurred a charge. As vegetarians, we encountered another hurdle during breakfast, as the options were regrettably limited. To satisfy our dietary preferences, we had to specially request vegetarian-friendly dishes like pasta or sandwiches from the chef. Adding to our list of surprises was the unexpected request for a security deposit of 1, 000, 000 dong, an omission from the booking site that caught us off guard. In sum, seashells phu quoc undeniably exudes a welcoming atmosphere and offers comfortable lodgings. However, our experience highlighted areas where improvements could be made to elevate guest satisfaction and ensure a seamless stay.

Incredible location next to beautiful clean beach. Staff is helpful all the time. Vast variety of food. Must have dinner at sea food restaurant. One plus one spa was free with a sauna and steam bath

The stay was good and rooms are spacious. But the staff should be a bit more courteous. We were accused of stealing a towel while checking out without even checking the room properly.

It was very wonderful stay, hotel location is excellent, rooms are very good, swimming pool is marvelous. We enjoyed lots. Thank you makemy trip
