Though room was small, stay was pleasant with neccessary amenities and buffet breakfast was very good with more varities, staff were very helpful specially mike and tom. will recommend this stay to friends and family

Good clean hotel!

We stayed with family of four here in feb 2023. The hotel was small and clean. The staff was nice and cordial. It is also centrally located in the old quarters near the lake. The lake is just 2 mins walk. Nice lanes all around for shopping and dining. Of course should not miss out the coffee shops everywhere. The coffee was amazing! the only problem we faced during the stay was the breakfast at the hotel. It was pathetic. No veg options. They even refused to prepare anything. The toaster was even broken. Other than the breakfast it was a comfortable and good stay.

Good clean hotel!

We stayed with family of four here in feb 2023. The La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa was small and clean. The staff was nice and cordial. It is also centrally located in the old quarters near the lake.
