Excellent Stay. Good Hotel. Proper LV atmosphere. The location is very good within the strip and easy to visit other popular resorts and casinos and to catch tour buses.

Most of the facilities at the hotels were average. There was not as such any charm in any facility right from parking facility to resident to any other facility. Their customer centric is very poor. Even internet facility restricted to only 2 persons where our checkin was for 4 adults. They need to improve customer centricity.

We were given room on 5 th floor with wall outside the window. No view at all. Receptionists were rude and horrible. Both at checkout and checkin. They ask for 20$ even to checkin 5 min early. No chance of late checkout . Rooms were okiesh. Wont ever stay again here. Very good hotels are available in vegas. Dont go for this one!!

It was a decent experience. The checkin process was very smooth through kiosk and same with the check out. Rooms are clean ans bedding was comfortable. There were ample tables to play at the casino. Had a good time.

Room size was big, washrooms were neat with required toiletries. Check in was very quick thanks to self kiosks. Location is just about perfect with bellagio right opposite. Price for which we got the room was amazing!

The rooms are good. Good for a short stay. If you are an indian you may need to find some indian restaurants nearby.

Very expensive rooms but the no facilities like swimming pool, water in rooms. Got room with very bad view and it was dirty. Found socks and hairs in the room after checkin.

ankit s.business The tarriff didn’t include resort fee which was another $50 per night. The room didn’t have basic amenities like water, hot water kettle for making fresh coffee and dental kits. The hotel is very very big, so make sure to get a room closer to the elevator else you’ll just keep walking till eternity to reach your room.

neha j.family Really horrible service. No response from housekeeping, room service, bell service. No drinking water, or hot pot for coffee/tea in the room. The lights were not working, after much effort they sent someone who had to change four bulbs. Until then we were in the dark. Extremely disappointed with the service.

yagnesh.couple Stayed from 8th may to 12th may. Had called earlier and requested early check in but it didn't happen. Post checkout, after 36-40 hrs, i have yet to receive back the credit of my $400 security deposit which one should get in a maximum of 24 hrs. I have sent an email request to which an auto reply email was generated stating i can expect a response within 5 working days. This should be max 48 hrs

rajen s.couple The hotel location is very good, service was excellent got check in within 10 mins. Check out was very quick fully automatic system. Only problem was they did not put coffee or tea machine jn the rooms. Also do not serve breakfast in the hotel. Otherwise it is good and very conformable stay.

I stayed for 3 nights at ballys. Hassle free checkin, located right in the middle of the strip, casino within the premises, room equipped with all basic amenities. It proved to be the right choice for us. The only point that disturbed us was car parking, mm t says it's free car parking, but the hotel charges $18 for a day (
