Location is very strategic with views across the river of Parliament House, Big Ben etc. We had breakfast only, with a very good spread, as we were a part of a tour group leaving next morning.

1. The air conditioning was not effective 2. The locker in the room was not working 3. The cleaning is not upto the mark. One spoon with a tea stain was kept for the last 4 days in the tea. Coffee place as a washed spoon ! 4 cleaning not upto mark. 5 we had ask for complimentary for water again and again 6 breakfast ok. 7 room size ok

Had a wonderful stay for the week. Hotel staffs' behavior was extremely helpful cooperative responsive and amazing. I would like to stay over there in future also i stayed there many times before. It is a bit expensive otherwise.

Thanks for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast, grand ambiance with all excellent facilities. Hotel location is strategically so great that we could even commute by foot on all the sight scenes, historical monuments & wandering river thames, service was awesome, courteous staff & our stay was so relaxing, thanks team makemytrip for a lifetime memorable comfortable stay.

In-spite of booking river view room they gave us railway track view room! they upgraded us to a suite but it did not help us as we were only two of us!

This hotel's location is good. Room is good and sufficiently big. Service at times is good and at times bad. What mattered most to us and what we did not like was that they gave us room without view! i mean nothing! and we stayed 4 nights at this hotel! first time we had a room with railway track view and the second time no view! that is not acceptable to us and hence we did not book it any further. Also we will not be going to this hotel in future for this reason. Choice of restaurants is far from this hotel, about 25-30 min walk.
