Location is excellent. Rooms are not comfortable particularly beds and closets. Customer service also average.

Customer experience was not pleasent.

The customer service was poor. The front desk should have more knowledge about how to guide tourist who come from outside. We were struggling to find out how to pay for the parking ticket and they had no knowledge about it. To top it on there was one lady at the reception who was rude. It is not very nice to look upon guests who are new to the city and may have many questions.

Hi-tel should see a place to park the car and keep the things behind the building also. The front side is close to traffic so it is bit difficult to get the luggage
