Hotel lobby was disgusting. Some staffs were laying down. Initially, different room was provided. Later upon request got the right one. Tv remote faulty. Big delay for the services. Food delivered without bill. There was no pen kept to write comments

Location was okey, but bathrooms were stinky. Staff were good. Checking was fast as we have less number of people

The hotel was good value for money. However the staff wasn’t very helpful, other than the room service guy. I asked for a non smoking room and they put me in a room that smells of cigarettes. They didn’t move me until i called four times.
