Wifi not working. Useless ironing board. Basic amenities like Dental Kit, Shower Cap missing. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Booked a deluxe room for the Arabian Gulf view but got a view of just buildings and not the gulf.

Location is prime, but the service of the hotel is not upto the mark. It’s suppose to be a 5 star property, but we faced a lot of issues, from wifi not working for all the 4 days of our stay, to the breakfast buffet having very limited options, the key cards getting deactivated every time we move out of the property, receptionists can communicate neither in English nor in Hindi, the polish of the furniture inside the rooms was stained our clothes the staff at the housekeeping was polite & helpful, they did their best to provide us a comfortable stay but the contact point at reception was rude, cold & so not approachable. The requests for any kind of help or service was not catered to, they would let the phone be ringing, and even if they do answer they never bothered to assure whether the request was taken care of or not. All in all it was not a pleasant experience that we were looking forward to having booked a 5 star property.

Subject: Request for Refund – No Internet During Stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi. During our entire stay (from Friday to Sunday), the internet was not working. At check-in, the hotel staff said it would be fixed by Friday night, but even by our Sunday 12 PM checkout, it wasn’t restored. Later, we learned that the internet had been down for over a week, but this was not mentioned during booking or check-in. This caused major inconvenience, as we needed internet for work, and our 3-year-old child couldn’t use the TV. When we asked for a refund or voucher at checkout, the hotel refused. Since Wi-Fi is listed as a basic facility, and it was unavailable throughout our stay, we request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

very old hotel with a distinct bad smell service is also very poor you can get much better hotels at same price in the same corniche area.. nothing good to write about this hotel.

No support from hotel. No one picks up call if we call from room. No WiFi working . None of the people respond , not even reception, not even bell boy , not even house keeping . We have to keep on going downstairs to ask for service.

I had a wonderful stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi. My room offered a stunning sea-facing view that made every morning memorable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was quite satisfying. The staff stood out for their friendliness and thoughtful service, always making sure everything was pleasant. Overall, a great stay that I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is decent. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Although the rooms are pretty old, and need renovation. Breakfast is average if you are a vegetarian, but not bad if you can eat meat.

Our stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi was simply wonderful. The room and location were both excellent — we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning sea-facing view right in front of the Corniche lake. The in-room dining experience was equally impressive. We had planned to order a chocolate cake with strawberry sauce, but since strawberry sauce wasn’t available at the time, the staff suggested a blueberry sauce instead — and it turned out to be super tasty! Overall, we had a great experience with warm hospitality, delicious food, and breathtaking views. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and scenic stay in Abu Dhabi!

clean and large size room, good location, friendly staff! They need Villa # 181, Casa Dora, Serena Community, DubaiLand more employees for the valet parking or allow self parking

I have raised complaint also and have not received my refund checked out on the next morning didn’t complete the stay as the room was smelling toilet was smelling with with exhus towels were smelling too

I had a wonderful stay at the Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the stunning city view from the large windows, which made my mornings even more pleasant.

Hotel is very old style . Furniture so old and bad . When i arrived to reception it was in midnight . It was a big line to wait to just make check in and one receptionist only . Took almost 1 hour to check in and i was so tired .. after i took my room it was almost 1 am . I try to call home service to order food and they hold calls and i call recption they told me home service not work after 11 and it was so strange for me and they recommend me to order food from food app . Really disappointed and service level is low .

Property is good. Location is also perfect . It is just that they need to focus on cleanliness a bit. Our floor and room was stinking and it was smelling like cigratte smoke so we asked them to change our room . Even bathrooms does not have proper drainage . Water was getting blocked

Stayed for 1 day on a business trip. Excellent location, sea facing room views are excellent. Room size and amenities are excellent. Housekeeping is bit to respond. Overall not a luxury property, but good star property.
