Very bad experience in this hotel

Phone is not working in the room, rooms are small regard to the pictures, internet is disconnecting in the room, service is very bad! people on the receiption are not friendly! i had very bad stay in this hotel! the room smell stincky and very bad smell, also the pillows in the room not comfy at all!

Okay for the budget.

Staff was helpful, however very poor wifi connectivity. Breakfast didnt have lot of options. Rooms are noisy. Great location.

Overall none of the facilities at the Hotel were working like pool, gym. Everything under renovation. Not many guest but everything looked busy. I was not offered water and only provided when asked.

The AC was not working

The AC was not working in the month of April when told they said that there is a problem with the central AC plant only the central heater was working wish was of no use they even told that they did not have the fan. Otherwise the reception staff was excellent they helped me throughout the stay and also very cooperative in planning the Tours breakfast was good and so was the service location was superb just a minute walk from taksim square
