They charge 300 bhat extra for early check in which is pathetic

While booking this through mm t i mentioned that i need a early check in but when i came to the hotel they charged me 300 bhat extra for early check in which is worthless.

Dear sir. Thank you for your comment and staying with us. we would like to inform you that normally check in time is 14:00. If the room is available and ready, we allow guest to check in. 11:00-12:00 is reasonable. Sometimes 10.30 is allowed (depend on case by case) For your case in your booking can be early check in but on our folio, you arrive at 06:07 am. We can do it 2ways. first you have to wait until time can be allowed (we need to check the proper room before let guest check in, it should be around 10:30 or 11:00. Second guest pay extra charge for early check in. Our regulation is during 06:00-10:00 am, we charge 500 baht but for your case we give you discount that charge only 300 baht per room. Here is the actual happening. I am sorry for inconvenience.

Frequently, we found that guest press function dry or timer on remote control then air condition will work unproperly. Very horrible stay. Extremely rude and non co-operative staff. No proper room service. Broken charging points and bathroom locks. Low quality beds. Much better hotels nearby offering better deals.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Very near to the beach and friendly staff. I liked the pool with amazing sea view. One thing i was struggling for was power socket, room had no extra socket for charging gadgets. Apart from this my stay was amazing and satisfying on this price. Will stay soon there

No safety of personal belongings

2000 baht was stolen from our bag in the name of room cleaning in our absence. Room keys were with us and without information they cleaned the room and while we return 2000 baht were missing from our bag.
