Very disappointing experience. We were given a shabby deluxe chalet with lizards in the room and dusty bedsheets that looked like they hadn’t been changed in ages. The staff were unfriendly and lacked basic courtesy. When we requested a room change, the receptionist even made a rude remark, saying, this is the room type you had chosen. Upon speaking to the manager and sharing the pictures of the lizard and the room, the room was changed. Had a really bad experience. Not worth the money spent.

every experience was great but only issue is that we dont get 24hrs of hot water in shower. we got only 5 mins of hot water

very stingy and too cost conscious management. no standard tea bags, no milk in the room. not given even when requested. the door lock perpetually gave problems while locking and unlocking. The shower gel was not replenished or the bottle was not working. The property and staff are good.

The location of hotel is good but, the rooms are located far from entrace and you have to hike everytime

The location is perfect! The resort has all elements of a great property and gives you an authentic local vibe while also being sophisticated and right in the heart of Ao Nang's hotspots. Breakfast spread is solid as well!

Horrible hygiene, hotel could not make cheese sandwich for kid in buffet breakfast, the washroom had one slider door who can be used only while showering or using toilet, the bedsheets were dirty, almost grey in colour, not recommending anyone to book this place, the floors have no elevator so you need to walk almost 100 steps to reach your room everyday

superb property.can slightly do better with breakfast menus but still the location and the amenities inside cover it all.very helpful and friendly staff.

This was a wonderful choice; like living within a small green garden with waterfalls, flowers, plants and creepers. Strategically located on the Aao Nang beach, the hotel offered tastefully furnished Chalets and Suites with very good food, a roof top pool and warm courteous staff. Just be prepared for climbing some steps to various rooms

Good property and special highlights is bathtub inside the room. However, the bathtub area is quite openly visible hence must have full coverage options. Stating eco hotel, the property is just being stingy. The property charged us 300 ฿ for a laundry bag. They don't allow to carry their laundry bags despite you have wet swimming clothes. No lift, difficult to carry bags to rooms. Racism towards Indian nationality at the poolside. Reception, Restaurant & security staff were helpful.

Very nice stay, good rooms and very helpful staff. It is close to ao nang beach and some good indian restaurants and clubs.

Very nice resort. Best location in krabi. Everything is so perfect. Specially the swimming pool and breakfast.

Stay was decent and people will like it who loves the nature, breakfast buffet was good and one more thing as it is nature friendly they don’t have lift you need walk till your room

we booked Honeymoon chalet room. Room was large in size and cleaned. Everything in the room was arranged nicely. We loved staying in this resort. Few rooms are far from the main entrance so if you have babies travelling with you check with the resort before booking.

We stayed for 3 nights and the location, the rooms and staffs were very nice. The breakfast is okish and but pool is my fav
